Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for mental health conditions (depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder).
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage telehealth technology and systems to deliver care.
