Job summary

Legion Health is a technology-forward psychiatry company delivering world-class outpatient mental health care through telehealth across the United States.

We are seeking clinically excellent psychiatrists to provide patient-centered care with full clinical autonomy while receiving strong operational support and rapid credentialing across networks. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with compensation of $300K–$500K depending on hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely via telehealth and using EHR.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
