Legion Health is seeking boarded psychiatrists to provide high-quality psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. You’ll enjoy meaningful clinical autonomy, strong administrative support, and access to top-tier EHR tools while working from home.

Full-time and part-time roles are available, with compensation ranging from $300K to $500K depending on patient-care hours. We offer weekly pay, malpractice insurance, credentialing support, and a culture of clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely using telehealth.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history and risk.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans including meds and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and reviews.
• Use technology and telehealth systems to deliver care.
