Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements and laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If no minimum age is mandated, must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in a related program.
• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
• State licensure requirements vary by state, please review local rules.
• 1+ years full-time Pharmacy Technician experience; CVS Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly manage daily pharmacy operations under pharmacist oversight.
• Oversee safe operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including security duties.
• Follow SOPs for production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off workflows.
• Handle controlled substances with accuracy in counting, imaging and inventory.
• Deliver empathetic patient care and support immunizations and other services when possible.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new Telepharmacy Technicians.
