Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Hospital or community order verification experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, clinical judgment, and comfort with technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Verify physician medication orders for accuracy and safety.
• Identify drug interactions, allergies, contraindications, and dosing errors prior to approval.
• Provide virtual clinical support to prescribers, nurses, and pharmacy staff.
• Document verification decisions in the pharmacy information system.
• Ensure compliance with state boards, DEA, and federal standards.
• Participate in quality-assurance initiatives to improve medication safety.
