Job summary

Dutch Vet is seeking experienced veterinarians to join our remote telemedicine team as independent contractors. This flexible opportunity lets you practice from home, pick up 10–15 hours per week, and maintain clinical autonomy while working within our AI-assisted SOAP and EMR tools.

Ideal candidates are AVMA-trained, licensed in US states where Dutch operates, with 5+ years of clinical experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school and eligible to practice in the US.
• Active license in one or more states where Dutch operates and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with pet owners via video and messaging.
• Review medical history and treatment concerns on Dutch's platform.
• Establish a valid VCPR where required and determine telemedicine suitability.
• Provide evidence-based treatment recommendations and prescriptions when appropriate.
• Document encounters thoroughly in Dutch’s EMR and communicate clearly and compassionately.
