Job summary

QuickMD offers a fully virtual physician role with independent contractor status (1099). Licensure in at least five states is required, and physicians set their own weekly schedule from anywhere, without office overhead.

Compensation is per visit ($35) with potential increases as visit times shorten, plus smooth onboarding and credentialing support. Active DEA and CSL as required; role focuses on addiction medicine and telehealth, serving patients across the United States in a flexible, modern

Qualifications

• Licensed in at least five U.S. states and willing to obtain additional licenses (coverage provided).
• Experience with telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to commit to at least 15 hours weekly across four days with advance scheduling.
• Active DEA registration and CSL as required.
• Excellent communication and commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual care including history review and assessment.
• Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships in a remote setting.
• Order/interpret labs as needed and guide treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications; note buprenorphine exception for MOUD where applicable.
• Collaborate with team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth best practices and medical advances.
