Job summary

QuickMD is seeking licensed physicians to provide fully virtual care across multiple states. You will conduct patient assessments, assign treatments, and collaborate with a support team while operating within a flexible, doctor-friendly telemedicine framework.

The role emphasizes independent contractor status, with compensation tied to per-visit payments and hourly potential as visit times vary. A strong emphasis on access to care for underserved communities is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering care via telemedicine across multiple states.
• Ability to manage high patient volumes with quality.
• Comfort with EMR and telemedicine tools; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications (buprenorphine allowed for opioid use disorder) where applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
