Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. All work is fully virtual, with physicians setting their own schedule within a weekly framework and operating without traditional office overhead.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult, paid as 1099 commission-based income, with earnings rising to $210/hour for shorter visit times. Physicians can commit 15–20 hours per week, and up to $260K+ annually for top performers.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willingness to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
