Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willing to work at least 15 hours per week across four days.
• DEA registration and state CSL where required.
• Strong communication and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care including history, assessments, and treatment decisions.
• Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships with patients.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support care.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate (buprenorphine for MOUD allowed).
• Collaborate with care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
