Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere with minimal administrative overhead.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) equal to about $105/hour for standard 20-minute visits, rising to $210/hour for shorter visits, with top earners exceeding $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Available to work 15+ hours weekly across at least four days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
