Compensation is per consult ($35) with earnings scaling to $210/hour for shorter visit times, and top earners surpass $260K annually. This role requires medical licensure in multiple states, DEA registration, and a minimum of 15 hours per week across four days, with onboarding support and

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly, across four days per week
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD)
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices
