Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. All work is fully virtual; physicians set their own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework and are compensated per completed consult.

Work is remote, with 15–20 hours weekly across four days. Compensation starts at $35 per consult (equating to $105/hour for 20‑min visits), with top earnings up to $260K+ annually as visit times shorten.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; QuickMD covers costs for additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
