Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team. You will provide high-quality care, conduct assessments, and guide treatment for addiction and general telehealth patients across multiple states.

All work is performed remotely with a flexible weekly schedule (15–20 hours). We offer per-visit compensation, 1099 contractor status, and dedicated provider support to streamline credentialing and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (avoidance of controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
