Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Willingness to work 15–20 hours weekly across at least four days.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Order and interpret tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within scope; buprenorphine for opioid use disorder where applicable.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with provider-support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
