Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. This physician role offers fully virtual work with flexible scheduling and a per-visit compensation model. You can work from anywhere as an independent contractor with minimal administrative overhead.

Qualified physicians will have an active multi-state license, DEA registration, and telehealth experience. Expect 15–20 hours per week and earnings of $35 per completed consult, scalable to higher hourly rates as

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willing to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication and clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Interest in expanding care access to underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
