Job summary

QuickMD is a fully virtual, physician-led telemedicine group offering 15–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Physicians can work from anywhere across multiple states and focus on addiction care, weight management, and general telehealth services.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with per-visit compensation. This opportunity emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care and streamlined credentialing and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth practices.
