Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own weekly schedule and work from anywhere, with no office overhead.

This role supports addiction treatment and general telehealth, requiring licenses in multiple states, DEA registration, and strong communication. Compensation is per consult ($35) with hourly equivalents up to $210 for 20-minute visits.

Qualifications

• Must hold medical license in at least five U.S. states and be willing to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week, with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (buprenorphine for opioid use disorder permitted by policy).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovation and best practices.
