Job summary

QuickMD seeks dedicated, licensed physicians to join our fully virtual telemedicine team. Physicians set their own weekly schedule across 4+ days, and work from anywhere with EMR support and a dedicated provider-support team.

Compensation is per completed consult ($35) with potential to earn up to $210/hour for shorter visit times, and top performers can exceed $260K annually. This independent contractor role emphasizes access to care across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• DEA registration with CSL where required.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical practice.
• Willing to obtain additional licenses; company covers costs.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use; QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
