Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, seeks licensed physicians to join a fully virtual team. Physicians set their own weekly schedule and work from anywhere, supported by an EMR and provider-support staff. Compensation is per completed consult, with earnings potential ranging from base rates to high-earning opportunities as visit times shorten.

Ideal candidates hold licenses in at least five U.S. states and can commit 15–20 hours per week across four days.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs and provides support.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C2 prescriptions except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
