Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual team.

You can work from anywhere within a structured weekly framework, with no office overhead and a streamlined EMR, focusing on addiction care, weight management, and general telehealth services across 44 states. Compensation is per completed consult (1099, commission-based) with $105/hour at a 20-minute visit, rising to $210/hour with shorter visits; top performers earn $260K+ annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (licensing costs covered).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Available to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
