Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedules, work from anywhere, with a streamlined EMR and a dedicated provider-support team.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) — about $105/hour for a 20-minute visit, rising with shorter visit times. This role is best suited to physicians licensed in at least five states who can commit 15–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
