Practice across multiple states from anywhere, with no office overhead, and set your own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework. Qualifications

• Must hold a medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Willingness to work 15+ hours weekly across four days.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Maintain therapeutic doctor–patient relationships and document care.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within policy (no C- substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
