Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. All work is fully virtual, with physicians setting their own schedule within a structured weekly framework. Role requires active medical licenses in at least five states and 15–20 hours weekly.

Compensation is per completed consult, with pay scaling from $35 per visit to as high as $210 per hour for shorter visits. QuickMD covers credentialing costs and provides dedicated support.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for three or more of: AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for OUD)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
