Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessments.
• Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret labs as needed for care decisions.
• Prescribe medications (no C‑substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated.
