Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preferred AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices
