Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. We are seeking licensed physicians in at least five states to join our fully virtual team, offering flexible scheduling and a 1099 compensation model.

Provide high-quality care via telemedicine, handle assessments, prescribe non-controlled meds, and collaborate with a support team. Expect 15–20 hours per week with patients across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly, across four days.
• Strong communication skills and clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
