Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in the United States and currently seeking LMHC-credentialed clinicians to join as contractors. You will deliver telehealth sessions and manage notes while Rula handles billing, claims, and scheduling support.

Eligible clinicians must be licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC with an active NPI and Washington state licensure. Enjoy complete schedule autonomy, frequent client referrals, and dedicated support from a human-driven operations team.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW or LMHC license(s) to practice.
• Valid NPI number is required for billing.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC telehealth sessions to clients.
• Complete accurate session notes in the EHR.
• Coordinate with Rula team on referrals and scheduling; support virtual care workflows.
