Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed providers and offers 1099 contractor opportunities with complete schedule autonomy. Therapists can set their own hours and clients are referred consistently by Rula, with admin tasks managed by the company.

Providers receive a guaranteed payment every two weeks, with a $20 per in-person session incentive if they have office space. This role supports telehealth across WA with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW.
• Valid NPI is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions.
• Maintain client notes and billing information.
• Participate in coordination with Rula’s admin team for scheduling and referrals.
