Job summary

Thriveworks is actively seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients in Maryland. This position offers a ramp stipend for clinicians providing 30+ hours of availability per week and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and residing in Maryland (LCPC/LCMFT/LCSW-C/PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to diverse client needs including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients across Maryland.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to document and manage client care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support client progress and outcomes.
