Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. We connect LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs with flexible, autonomous scheduling to deliver high‑quality telehealth care for individuals, couples, and families.

The role offers a contractor arrangement with no minimum caseloads, comprehensive admin support, and fast credentialing. Sessions are conducted via telehealth with scheduling flexibility and care coordination through Rula's platform.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) with active NPI.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to deliver telehealth
• Strong documentation and insurance submission skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions (53‑minute equivalent) to individuals, couples, and families.
• Complete accurate session notes and billing documentation.
• Participate in credentialing and scheduling processes; maintain compliance.
