Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and is seeking LMHCs to join as 1099 contractors. Providers set their own hours, maintain schedule autonomy, and receive direct billing support for insurance with no minimum caseloads.

compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and protections for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
