Rula is expanding its behavioral health network and inviting LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs to join as 1099 contractors in Washington. Providers set their own schedules, with no minimum caseload and full session autonomy. Rula handles billing, claims, and insurance enrollment to keep clinicians focused on care.

Clinicians receive biweekly direct deposit, referral support, and access to a supportive community and CEU resources. Washington licensure and telehealth capability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC/LICSW/LMFT in WA
• Valid NPI number
• WA state licensure and telehealth capability

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Washington as a 1099 contractor
• Manage scheduling autonomously and operate without minimum caseload
• Handle notes and documentation with clinician-friendly EHR
• Coordinate credentialing with Rula team and insurance partners
