Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs, LMFTs and LICSWs who can deliver telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseload.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks and no-show/late cancellation protections. You choose your hours and build a practice with dedicated support from Rula's team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI is required.
• Licensed in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Maintain session notes and records for billing.
• Coordinate with Rula for scheduling and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and telehealth standards.
