Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation includes LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and protection for no-shows and cancellations. Remote work from WA available with cash incentives for in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients
• Credentialing and enrollment with insurance partners
• Manage schedule and client referrals coordination
