Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs, LMFTs or LICSWs to join our telehealth team with flexible schedule autonomy and client referrals.

As a 1099 contractor, you provide sessions, notes, and telehealth from your own space; we handle billing, claims, and EHR support. Washington license and NPI required; sessions are paid at $80 per 53-minute slot with biweekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and have an active NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients.
• Document sessions and maintain client notes per EHR requirements.
• Engage in scheduling and referrals through Rula’s platform.
