Job summary

Rula is rapidly expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians. Contractors work autonomously with no minimum caseloads, delivering high-quality telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

The role emphasizes schedule autonomy, credentialing support, and billing handled by Rula. LMHC, LMFT or LICSW professionals with WA licensure and an active NPI are encouraged to apply; in-person sessions offer an added $20 per session bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold WA licensure as LMFT/LICSW or LMHC with an active NPI.
• Ability to provide telehealth to clients in Washington.
• Contractor (1099) arrangement with no minimum caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Manage own schedule with full autonomy on client load.
• Coordinate care using Rula's systems and billing processes.
