Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and offers a telehealth-focused care model. Providers work as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR while clinicians focus on client care.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. In-person session uplift: $20 base pay increase per session.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Washington and beyond.
• Maintain accurate charts and notes for each session.
• Collaborate with Rula system for scheduling and referrals.
• Deliver quality care while administrator tasks are handled by Rula.
