Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality behavioral health care. This role offers 1099 contractor status with complete scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseload.

Providers will conduct telehealth sessions, handle notes, and focus on client care while Rula manages billing, insurance enrollment, and administrative tasks. WA licensed therapists choose how many clients to see and when. Biweekly direct deposit is guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Washington as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes and records.
• Collaborate with Rula on referrals and scheduling.
