Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and seeks LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs to join as 1099 contractors with flexible schedules and no minimum caseload.

Providers will be paid $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and protection for no-shows/denials. Telehealth is supported, credentialing is accelerated, and admin tasks are handled by Rula.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington state.
• Valid NPI on file.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth mental health counseling sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation for each session.
• Coordinate with Rula administration for scheduling and billing support.
