Support includes credentialing help, guaranteed biweekly payments, and admin relief for billing and EHR tasks. The role requires WA licensure (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) and ability to provide telehealth across WA and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington state and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients with autonomy over scheduling.
• Manage case notes and collaborate with Rula’s administrative team.
• Maintain credentialing with insurance partners and participate in ongoing professional development.
