Fuze Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the telehealth care team, focusing on Medicare member compliance and ED discharge follow-up. You will perform remote patient assessments, document care, and educate patients while delivering compassionate, high-quality virtual care.

The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule with one Saturday per month, EST, requiring strong nursing expertise in a fast-paced telehealth environment.

Formación

• BSN required and active nursing license in a compact state with primary licensure in NM or other listed states.
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• 1-2 years in a remote healthcare or telehealth setting.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills in high-volume settings.
• Experience in a startup environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote patient care and support through telehealth platforms.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and symptoms.
• Accurately assess and document patient conditions and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, medications, and self-care.
