Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a 100% remote telehealth role in the United States. You will conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations, manage prescriptions, and document encounters in the EHR.

Ideal candidates hold PMHNP certification (ANCC/AANP), an active APRN/RN license, DEA number, and reliable HIPAA-compliant home workspace, with strong communication and compliance to licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Current ANCC or AANP PMHNP board certification.
• Active APRN/RN state license.
• DEA registration and prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI, reliable internet, HIPAA compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations
• Develop tailored psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health records system
• Offer supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and patient education on medication adherence
