Job summary

DevotedDOc is a physician-led virtual medical group expanding access to evidence-based telehealth across general and specialty programs. We seek MDs/DOs with active DEA registration to join our growing telehealth network, comfortable treating opioid use disorder with buprenorphine and practicing independently across multiple states.

Ideal candidates have telemedicine experience, multiple U.S. licenses, and interest in contributing to additional programs within a physician-led, remote-care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Comfortable prescribing MOUD when indicated.
• Familiarity with MOUD principles and follow-up.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent practice.
• Excellent patient communication and documentation.
• Proficient with EMR, e-prescribing, and telehealth tech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations through secure telehealth visits.
• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder when clinically appropriate.
• Initiate and monitor buprenorphine-containing MOUD per guidelines.
• Review medical histories, prescriptions, labs, and other data.
• Develop evidence-based treatment and follow-up plans.
• Order tests, medications, imaging, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Educate patients on treatment, safety, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Follow telemedicine and prescribing regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams for continuity of care.
• Participate in additional virtual-care programs as needed.
