Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual practice across 44 states. Physicians set their own schedule within a structured weekly framework and access dedicated provider-support, EMR tools, and rapid onboarding.

This independent contractor role pays per completed consult ($35) with scalable hourly implications, enabling top earners to exceed $260K annually. Remote work with licensure in multiple states is supported by QuickMD.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five states (AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX preferred)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days
• Strong communication and clinical excellence
• DEA registration and CSL where required
• Interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
