Job summary

QuickMD seeks dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual team. Work from anywhere with independent contractor status and no traditional office overhead, supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support staff.

Compensation is per visit: $35 per completed consult, with $105/hour at 20-minute visits, rising to $210/hour for shorter visit times; top earners exceed $260K annually. The role emphasizes addiction care and expanding access to care.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days (schedules submitted one week in advance).
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build strong doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within scope (no C-Substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay updated with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
