Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states, seeks dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual team. Practice primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency, or urgent care with no office overhead.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; preference for AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs and provides support
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Able to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days or more
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
