Job summary

You will provide clinically competent services, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate across the healthcare team from anywhere in the United States.

The role focuses on virtual patient triage, assessments, and referrals, with licensure options in PR, GU, VI and the ability to obtain multiple state licenses as needed for regional assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Valid and unrestricted NP/PA license.
• Licensure in PR, GU or VI with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• 1+ years as PA/NP in a clinical setting.
• Experience with EHR platforms and documentation.
• Ability to work one or more weekend schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual patient triage, assessments, and referrals.
• Maintain complete and detailed records of patient plans of care.
• Conduct virtual medical assessments in non-traditional settings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and site guidelines.
