Qualifications

Active multistate RN license through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
Experience in virtual healthcare delivery.
Experience in HIV prevention and LGBTQ2IA+ care.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
Empathetic, culturally responsive care.
Available for scheduled consultations and asynchronous responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care during scheduled live virtual consultations.
Perform initial nursing assessments for HIV prevention and risk evaluation.
Educate patients on HIV prevention, risk reduction, and counseling.
Document care precisely in the EMR and coordinate with the care team.
Support asynchronous patient care and follow-ups per clinical protocols.
