Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs, LICSWs, or LMHCs to join as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and telehealth delivery.

Providers will be responsible for delivering therapy sessions, completing notes, and managing their own calendar while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support. In-person sessions may be available and there is a $20 per in-person session uplift. WA license required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Complete session notes and maintain EHR.
• Manage your own schedule and availability.
• Collaborate with Rula team on referrals and credentialing.
